The room was spacious and had a comfy bed, ideal for a good night's sleep. I appreciated the added touch of the limited continental breakfast provided in my room upon arrival.
Unfortunately, there was a lot of noise from the main road and nearby pubs during the night, which disturbed my sleep. the lack of regular cleaning in the room was disappointing, as it left me feeling less comfortable during my stay.

A few things you should know
I found the staff welcoming and appreciated the early check-in option, which made it easy to settle in after arriving.
The location on the main road is convenient, but it can be noisy at times.

The location had its perks, perfect for exploring local attractions. My family room was fantastic. roomy with comfy beds made for restful nights. I appreciated the clean bathroom and good-sized towels. Generous tea, coffee, and milk supplies made it feel personal. Unfortunately, noise from the main road disrupted our sleep, especially on Saturday nights with rowdy pubgoers outside. I found the kitchen closed during my stay, limiting food options, though there was a pub next door with great meals. I'd recommend asking about kitchen availability if you desire meals on-site.

The shower had a lovely hot water supply when it worked. The bed provided a firm sleeping surface, excellent for those who like a solid mattress.
The location on the main road led to noisy nights, especially with rowdy pubgoers just outside. The shower required coaxing to function, with the shower head hook needing a rebuild before each use. Noise from the pub below was a nuisance, especially during weekend festivities, directly impacting the sleep quality.

Recommend it for solo traveler
The staff were really pleasant and friendly, like, they helped me with early check-in, which was a huge relief after a long drive. The bed in my single room was comfortable, I slept like a baby each night I stayed there.
It wasn’t cheap, but still acceptable.
